    Sheet Metal Bend Testing Machine

    The sheet metal bend testing machine is specifically designed for flexural evaluation of metallic sheets. It supports three-point bending and flattening (crushing) tests, enabling real-time acquisition of test force, bending angle, and other key parameters for detailed analysis of flexural performance and material ductility.

    Features
    • The main frame adopts a vertical configuration. With a top-mounted servo electric cylinder connected to a spoke-type load cell, the tester provides high measurement accuracy, excellent linearity, and strong resistance to lateral forces.
    • The horizontal support rollers are positioned by a servo-motor-driven ball screw, enabling automatic and precise adjustment of test span according to specimen size and test requirements.
    • Equipped with a wide-voltage Yaskawa servo motor and controller, offering reliable power delivery, minimal maintenance, and excellent force/velocity control characteristics.
    • The arc-tooth synchronous belt provides backlash-free transmission with accurate ratio control, long-term operational stability, and maintenance-free performance.
