Our 100 kN and 300 kN electromechanical universal testing machines can be equipped with high-precision load cells to ensure stable and reliable measurement. Extended-height and extended-width frames allow integration with different test fixtures.

Alignment performance
Alignment performance

Electromechanical testing machines with pre-loaded dual ball screws and guided columns offer high stiffness and better alignment. Optional alignment rings help meet coaxiality requirements defined in composite material test standards. When paired with hydraulic wedge grips, fixtures can be changed without removing the grips, allowing long-term alignment stability.

Environmental chamber
Higher accuracy and stable load frames

Our environmental chambers support test temperatures from -70°C to +350°C. Custom chamber dimensions can be provided to accommodate different fixtures. The glass viewing window allows non-contact extensometers to measure strain through the chamber.

Strain measurement
Strain measurement

We offer both contact and non-contact extensometers for strain measurement. When paired with our strain gauge converter, the controller can directly collect strain data and support strain-controlled testing. The software is also compatible with third-party extensometers.
