  • Sample Testing Services
    Sample Testing Services If materials, components, or finished products need to be evaluated, we offer sample testing support. Testing requirements can be discussed with our sales team by phone or email, and samples can be sent to our Shenzhen facility. Tests are completed within a short timeframe, and formal test reports are provided once testing is finished.
After-Sales Support
  • 1Ensuring Proper Operation of Every Testing Machine We have a reliable after-sales service system to support the long-term operation of every testing machine we deliver. Our customer service team coordinates after-sales activities, while quality and engineering teams work closely on issue tracking, technical solutions, and corrective actions. Management provides overall coordination and resources to ensure each case is handled efficiently and responsibly. When a problem can be resolved without on-site support, we provide clear instructions so it can be handled directly by the customer. If additional assistance is required, a service engineer is arranged to provide on-site support. After on-site service, operation is confirmed with the customer, followed by a service follow-up to check satisfaction. If further support is needed, additional service is arranged until the issue is fully resolved.
  • 2On-Site Service When on-site assistance is required, our service engineers provide timely support to address any issues with the testing equipment and carry out necessary repairs. If needed we can also support our clients during equipment installation and relocation, handling various processes, from machine disassembly and preparation for transport through to installation and setup at the new location.
  • 3Training Training is focused on helping operators work more efficiently and make full use of testing systems in daily operation. Our training program focuses on practical operation and clear guidance, allowing teams to become familiar with system functions, testing procedures, and correct use of the equipment. Along with standard training programs, we also offer customized training tailored to specific laboratory applications and working conditions. Training can be carried out at our training center or delivered on-site, depending on customer needs.
  • 4Calibration and Adjustment Accurate results rely on testing equipment that is calibrated regularly, so we provide reliable, non-official calibration services to support routine laboratory work. Calibration can be completed at our client’s facility or in our manufacturing plant, depending on what is most convenient. We also provide load-frame alignment and other adjustment services that help keep measurement variation under control, supporting steady and reliable testing performance over time.
